Oh, did we mention that you will also get one of the best views of Hot Air Balloons dipping their baskets right in front of your Houseboat during the Havasu Hot Air Balloon Festival.

You will enjoy every day on your own 75 Foot Executive Houseboat complete with a Living Room including a 52 Inch Flat Screen TV, a full modern kitchen including side by side refrigerator, home size oven and stove and microwave and a dining table that seats up to eight people. Your Master suite has a King Size Bed with ample built in drawers and its own private bathroom. By the way just open your curtains from bed and you can witness spectacular sunrises without even leaving your bed!

We are located at the Nautical Beach Front Resort so you can enjoy all of the amenities the hotel has to offer. Just minutes away over the London Bridge is the center of the city with restaurants, shopping and activities and events galore.

Your Floating Hotel includes weekly maid service and linens, Cable TV, Power, WIFI, and all that you need to live on boat. You are on a dock but you are also a Houseboat. We can accommodate if you want to actually pilot your houseboat for special occasions for a special cruise or to a private cove. We can also arrange a Captain to do it all for you. There are additional nominal charges for cruising, but we will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
